IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality (RBNQ) Awards 2022
The IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Awards (RBNQA) was instituted in 1996 to give special recognition to performance excellence in Indian organizations. It is based on the Customer-Focused Baldrige Model.
Shri Ramkrishna Bajaj, a Gandhian, whose motto was “Trust in Quality and Business Ethics” has not only led the Bajaj Group to higher pinnacles of glory and prosperity but also spearheaded the Quality Movement in the country in several ways.
Bennett Coleman & Company Limited, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad has bagged the prestigious IMC Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award – 2022 in the Manufacturing Category, while SBI Life Insurance Company Limited, Mumbai got awarded in service category.
Smt. Sudha Murthy was recipient of the IMC Juran Quality Medal for individual excellence. Wearing the medal that she just won, Murthy regaled the packed hall with her stories. She said, “What is quality? My father told me when even under pressure, you do not change the base principle of your work, your core belief, that is quality.”
