and brand consolidation over the next two to three years. Having completed the initial phase of its transformation plan, termed “Horizon 1,” in FY23, the company is now focused on advancing to the next phase, Horizon 2. This involves significant investment in refurbishing core brands like Bajaj, Morphy Richards, and Nirlep, alongside venturing into new categories such as grooming products and lifestyle kitchen appliances.
