SEBI vide its communication dated 13th December 2023 has approved the registration of Bajaj Investment Trust as an ‘Alternative Investment Fund – Category II’ vide registration no. IN/AIF2/23-24/1408.
JIMPL was appointed as the Asset Management Company / Investment Manager of Bajaj Investment Trust by the Trustee vide Investment Management Agreement
